Training, Goals & Objectives:

A.S.P. Incorporated has studied the industry standards for training and personnel development and has implemented procedures far surpassing industry norm. This system of training allows A.S.P. Incorporated to produce the highest quality of employees. We ensure that all assigned staff have completed our own Security Training program and all mandatory training required specific to the contract.

Basic Training Plans and Procedures:

Officers are formally tested on their knowledge. A minimum-qualifying grade of 75% is required. Successful completion of the course is mandatory and a pre requisite to employment.

Any training required other than that outlined above will be provided as per the requirements of the contract. ASP instructors are highly qualified and possess the resources to train specifically to the needs of each contract.
